We tend to suffer from anxiety, stress, and depression for too long before reaching for help, which can lead to unnecessary suffering. It takes courage to start therapy, and it takes courage to confront our problems.
What I offer you is a calm and supportive environment in which you will be able to deal with any difficulties you are experiencing, with the professionalism that you deserve.
My name is Pablo, and I am a chartered clinical psychologist specialised in online therapy.
I have over a decade of experience in providing support to adults with a diverse array of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, depression, burnout, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and interpersonal and cultural challenges.
Whether you seek private therapy, or through your medical insurer, I am here to help.

Mental health challenges can affect anyone, and yet everyone is unique. I work with a wide range of issues, from depression and burnout to existential crises, but these are my four core specialities.
Treating persistent anxiety and worry, panic attacks, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive difficulties, stress and burnout, as well as social anxiety.
Delivering trauma-focused psychotherapy and exposure techniques, as well as treating avoidance, insomnia, and anxiety.
Assisting bereaved people who find their grieving process to be complicated, complex, or blocked.
Supporting people as they navigate diverse cultures and countries, migrate or return home, maintain intercultural relationships, or manage an international lifestyle.
I employ an integrative approach, combining both cognitive behavioural and humanistic psychological therapies. This means I believe in tailoring the treatment to you, and what you need and prefer.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a form of third-wave Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) that focuses on helping you live a meaningful life while learning to handle difficult thoughts, feelings, and memories more effectively.
ACT is based on the idea that much of our distress comes not simply from what we think or feel, but from how we respond to these experiences, particularly when we get caught up in them or try to avoid them. Therapy, therefore, focuses on helping you develop psychological flexibility: the ability to stay present, open up to your experience, and take actions that reflect what truly matters to you.
ACT is an active and collaborative therapy: sessions often include practical exercises, reflection, and between-session practice. It is supported by a strong and growing evidence base and is widely used across a range of psychological difficulties.
Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) is a humanistic form of psychotherapy grounded in an empathic, authentic, and accepting therapeutic relationship.
Rather than following a fixed structure, therapy unfolds as an open and flexible conversation shaped by you: your experiences, your concerns, and the feelings that are most present for you in the moment. The focus is not on directing or advising, but on creating the conditions in which you can better understand yourself and move towards personal growth in a way that feels genuine and meaningful.
PCT is a well-established approach that emphasises personal growth, self-awareness, and emotional understanding. My work is rooted in the pioneering contributions of Carl Rogers, and is also informed by existential perspectives, including the work of Irvin Yalom, Mick Cooper, and Ernesto Spinelli.
